Work Begins on Custom Trade Show Exhibit for Sea Watch International

Sea Watch International, a seafood company based in the Chesapeake Bay region of Maryland, has been a major supplier of clams for more than 35 years. As a regular attendee of the Seafood Expo North America, a three-day seafood exposition that is the largest in the country, Sea Watch needed a booth that would stand out on floor and have the functionality to serve its finest seafood recipes. Preparations have begun to complete the booth for the next expo beginning on March 15, 2015.

Adler Branches Out With Tree House Themed Library Environment

Creating themed environments requires imagination and attention to detail—a specialty of Adler Display Studios. Ron Adler was extremely pleased when a request was made earlier this year for a tree house themed play area in the children’s section of the Mount Airy Branch of Carroll County Public Libraries. In 2010 Adler Display built a train themed children’s section for The Westminster Branch.

When 'Thank You' Isn't Enough

Each year Americans give billions of dollars in donations to support universities, schools, hospitals, religious groups, companies and non-profit organizations. These donations are vital to making countless programs and services available. They fund all kinds of projects—from new buildings and equipment to research, education and health services. Reception Desk Brings Upscale Look & Feel

Project: Reception Desk for Dr. Kalyani, Ophthalmologist

Custom Reception Desk

This project was a referral from local architect Arium AE, located in Columbia MD.  Dr. Kalyani is a Ophthalmologist with extensive training that includes the most modern techniques of cataract, cornea, and refractive surgery.  He gives talks at national meetings and has authored numerous articles.  His new practice is located in Arundel Mills, in a very upscale, modern commercial office space.  Dr. Kalyani's vision for his reception desk was one that projected an upscale image, was more like furniture, and movable should he relocate in the future.

Why did you choose Adler Display?

Customer Service. One of our principals had good experiences with Adler in the past when he worked for another company, and he recommended Adler.

How well was your project managed from concept to completion?

Excellent. No complaints whatsoever. The customer service was stellar: friendly, quick response times, very professional and oriented toward problem-solving. We had a short time frame that was met with no problem, and the quality and service were impressive both to us and to our client.

Is trade show marketing worth it?

Absolutely! There is no better value for your marketing dollar. Here are some statistics to prove it from the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR):
  • Trade shows are the premiere source of buying information and 50% of the leads at a show are closed without a sales call

Tuesday, June 17, 2014

How much will the display cost?

Question: How much?

What a loaded question that is! Price is dependent on so many variables and we need to gather a lot of information up front in order to quote a job. Many times our customers think we can quote a number off the top of our head, or turn a number around really quick. But since almost all of our work is original, one-of-a-kind displays, we have to think through a job from start to installation to quote it. Some items that go into quoting a project:

Does Your Lobby Make a Strong Impression?

With increasing noise in the marketplace, companies in today’s world need to take advantage of every opportunity to communicate their brands, values and missions. Creating a lobby area that embraces this idea can wow potential customers from the moment they walk through your doors.

Branded lobby environments do not only create a strong impression on customers. Studies have shown that the atmosphere of a workplace impacts overall productivity and satisfaction. Designing a lobby that emphasizes your corporate mission and philosophy sends a strong and cohesive message about your brand to employees as well.

Adler Display recently completed a corporate lobby project for Ventura Solutions, Inc. The company needed a modern, high-tech looking environment for its new office. Adler Display designed and fabricated the new office from top to bottom to create a branded environment, including an impact logo, mission/vision graphics and a custom-built reception desk inspired by the shape of the V in the Ventura logo. The design included custom office furniture, a built-out video wall, industry-related graphics, cubbies for mail, and custom-built countertops.
