Adler Display is Hiring: Custom Project Manager

Adler Display is looking to hire a full-time Custom Project Manager.

The Custom Project Manager’s role is to plan, execute and finalize requests for proposals and projects according to deadlines and within budget.  This can include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to complete projects according to plan.  The Custom Project Manager will define the objectives and oversee quality control throughout the time frame of the project.

The ideal candidate has the ability to prioritize and multi-task projects.  He or she would also be very detail oriented and have the ability to effectively communicate with clients as well as vendors.  Our project managers work closely as a team with sales, designers and fabricators to ensure we meet our client’s needs and overall expectations. The candidate must have the ability to use a personal computer and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's or Associates degree in project management or a related field is required.  The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager in the custom fabrication industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet with appropriate team members to verify functionality, process, materials and labor
  • Estimate the resources and labor needed to achieve project goals
  • Take charge of managing projects from start to finish with the use of team members
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Order project materials that are not standard stock items or communicate to team members to order the materials
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and problem solve the issues with the team
  • Ensure the project is meeting the appropriate time frame for final completion
  • Work with contractors to ensure timeliness and quality work for our clients
