Work Begins on Custom Trade Show Exhibit for Sea Watch International

Sea Watch International, a seafood company based in the Chesapeake Bay region of Maryland, has been a major supplier of clams for more than 35 years. As a regular attendee of the Seafood Expo North America, a three-day seafood exposition that is the largest in the country, Sea Watch needed a booth that would stand out on floor and have the functionality to serve its finest seafood recipes. Preparations have begun to complete the booth for the next expo beginning on March 15, 2015.

the custom-built light house and full-working kitchen.

For this project Adler Display Studios was tasked with building a full-working kitchen in it's cabinetry shop. The 20 x 40 foot booth features many custom-built parts including one of the initial ideas to incorporate the company’s logo into the booth by creating a one-of-a-kind lighthouse complete with a spinning light at the top.

The booth’s food preparation and serving area has a chilled section with ice, heat lamps and fryer and a place to serve soup. Delicious seafood dishes to be served at the show include clam chowder and Mediterranean salad. Along with a fully-working kitchen, the Sea Watch booth includes television monitors, literature racks, seating areas, storage space and large graphics.

Once it is shipped to Boston in separate parts, the booth will be assembled at the show. We can’t wait to see the final product! Stay tuned for pictures from the show.
