Recognizing Achievements and Certifications

Achievement and certification displays create a sense of pride and help keep morale high among students, members and employees. These recognition displays are a great way to reinforce and reward, while also motivating, great performance. They communicate the efforts of individuals to the entire company, school or organization, and can be easily updated as achievements grow. Whether showcasing program certificates or recognizing sales goals, achievement and certification displays show that your organization values hard work.

Here are some things to consider when creating an achievement/certification display:

1. Give everyone a chance – Create a fair playing field so that each individual who reaches a goal or obtains a certain level of certification is recognized.

2. Make it visible – Ensure that the display is located in a place with lots of traffic, such as your lobby, to draw attention and spread the news throughout your company, school or organization.

3. Be specific – Reward individuals for a specific achievement so they know what to work towards to achieve recognition.
