How well was your project managed from concept to completion?
Excellent. No complaints whatsoever. The customer service was stellar: friendly, quick response times, very professional and oriented toward problem-solving. We had a short time frame that was met with no problem, and the quality and service were impressive both to us and to our client.
Does the completed project live up to your expectations?
Yes. Based on the high compliments I had heard from my colleague, I was hoping Adler would live up to them, and they certainly did. They did an excellent job managing the project, and I would send similar work to Adler again.
Are there any parts of the process you would like to see changed?
No. Everything went well, no need to change anything.
